Born in Humble, Texas, before posing nude for Playboy, Holland attended Humble High School in Humble, Texas, graduating in May 2000. Holland tried out for Playboy scouts when they were searching for models for The 50th Anniversary Playmate Hunt. She appeared in the accompanying pictorial in the December 2003. Holland was Playboy's Cyber Girl of the Week for the 4th week of January 2004, Cyber Girl of the Month for May 2004, and Playmate of the Month for October 2004. It was also in 2004 when she graduated from the University of Houston with a degree in marketing.
