In addition to Playboy's CyberClub, they also have a number of "specialty" sites that focus on a particular theme. If you join on of these, you join them all. It's a good deal, and you will get far more playboy pics than you know what to do with.
But honestly, I think CyberClub is a better deal. The specialty sites are full of great galleries, but you don't get to search for Playmates by month, year, name. You don't get the bonus Playmate photos and videos, the Special Editions links.
